In 2022 Thatch on Newbury got some big upgrades -- we added central AC, all new furniture, and the interior design was completely redone with new paint, wall coverings, art, accent lighting and more. The floor plan and furnishings of the unit have been meticulously thought through to ensure the best possible stays for leisure and business travelers alike.

One parking space is available for rent behind the building, which needs to be reserved ahead of time, and done so through our booking team. Parking is a separate reservation that needs to be confirmed. Visitor street parking is available on Newbury Street, but extremely limited. Most places of interest can be accessed easily by foot, train or Uber and cars are not recommended for this location if possible.
