Designed with co-living in mind, this building features four bedrooms in all, each with its own bath and unique keyless lock. Each bedroom is fully furnished with a queen-size bed topped with a Tuft & Needle mattress, closet space, and workspace. A communal kitchen and living area within the unit are shared by the tenants and are cleaned bi-weekly by Thatch.

Generally, we price shorter stays higher than longer stays and we offer incentives to our customers for booking entire seasons. Our seasons are listed below and are flexible by a few weeks on either end. Of course, there's a price for every stay and you can always choose your own custom dates with Thatch.
