This Thatch co-living home includes your own private bedroom and bath in our brand new building just steps away from the JFK/UMass train station. Designed with co-living in mind, this building features four bedrooms in all, each with its own private bathroom and unique keyless lock. Each bedroom is fully furnished with a queen-size bed topped with a Tuft & Needle mattress, closet space, workspace, and flatscreen TV. A communal kitchen and living area within the unit are shared by the tenants and are cleaned bi-weekly by Thatch.

Thatch's co-living pricing is based on your length of stay and our seasons. Generally, we price shorter stays higher than longer stays and we offer incentives to our customers for booking entire seasons. Our seasons are listed below and are flexible by a few weeks on either end. Of course, there's a price for every stay and you can always choose your own custom dates with Thatch.
