Quarters on DOT™ was our second Quarters location, behind Broadway. The dimensions of the building, its three natural light exposures, its central core and its location made it a prime candidate for the Quarters. Being a budget-friendly option in the city, the design of the Quarters concept requires density that is hard to achieve in many buildings because of access to natural light or dimensional challenges. In addition, the location of Quarters on DOT near the BCEC and the services and entertainment around it also made it the perfect candidate. DOT has been owned and managed by Thatch since 2016.
