Co-living at 65 Beech Glen with Thatch is an excellent option for modern city dwellers! This Thatch co-living home is a four-bedroom home with two shared bathrooms. Designed with co-living in mind, the kitchen, living area, and four-season porch are centralized with each room off of each wing of the home. Every bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, mattress, closet space, and workspace. A communal kitchen and living area within the unit are shared by the tenants and are cleaned bi-weekly. Thatch does not provide linens; however, all utilities and basic necessities are covered by Thatch.

Originally built for a single family, Thatch’s sister company, BREC, purchased Beech Glen in 2017 to convert it to a two-family home. Built in the early 1900s, the house is part of the Highland Park Historic District like many homes in the neighborhood. Careful attention to the historical elements of the exterior and interior were taken during the renovation and most of the original exterior remains intact today. A new addition was incorporated to make the layouts more spacious. There is a three-season porch that overlooks a lush tree canopy, with famous Roxbury puddingstone dotted below.
