The building was newly renovated and completed in 2021 and the property features open kitchen and living areas and four out of the five bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathrooms. Every bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and mattress, closet space, workspace and a smart TV. Columbia is an ideal location for people working in the City, studying at UMass Boston or just looking to be close/connected to the City without breaking the bank.

843 Columbia is a new renovation completed by Thatch’s sister company, BREC LLC, in 2021. The building was totally renovated down to the studs so that the layouts could be improved, new kitchen and baths were added, and modern comforts like central heating and AC were added. This building a classic “3-decker” as we call them in Boston and offers a neighborhood scale and feel while we being connected to the City by foot and train.
