Thatch on Broadway
Recently updated, Thatch on Broadway (same building as Quarters on Broadway) is the perfect one-bed apartment in the heart of South Boston. Comfortably sleeping 4, each Apartel is equipped with a queen bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a well-equipped kitchen with pots, pans and utensils. With hardwood floors, central heat/AC and plenty of natural light, this unit offers a comfortable stay. Conveniently located on West Broadway Street, train access is just across the street, the convention center is a short walk or Uber and all of Boston / Cambridge is easy to access from this location!
Thatch on Beech Glen co-living
Co-living at 65 Beech Glen with Thatch is an excellent option for modern city dwellers! This Thatch co-living home is a four-bedroom home with two shared bathrooms. Designed with co-living in mind, the kitchen, living area, and four-season porch are centralized with each room off of each wing of the home. Every bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, mattress, closet space, and workspace. A communal kitchen and living area within the unit are shared by the tenants and are cleaned bi-weekly. Thatch does not provide linens; however, all utilities and basic necessities are covered by Thatch.
Thatch on Highland co-living
Co-living at Highland is a four-building property, each building consisting of five or six co-living bedrooms. The majority of these rooms have private (ensuite) bathrooms, with three being our larger ensuite+ rooms. The kitchen and living rooms are located on the main floor of each building with the bedrooms mostly above, 2 per floor. Built from the ground-up with co-Living in mind, Highland is best-class and provides flexible housing for young and traveling professionals and students alike.

Thatch on Columbia Co-Living
Co-living on Columbia is one of our newest additions to the co-living portfolio. The building was newly renovated and completed in 2021 and the property features open kitchen and living areas and four out of the five bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathrooms. Every bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and mattress, closet space, workspace and a smart TV. Columbia is an ideal location for people working in the City, studying at UMass Boston or just looking to be close/connected to the City without breaking the bank.

Co-living at 117 Centre with Thatch is an excellent option for modern city dwellers! This Thatch co-living home is split with two buildings have four rooms each. Six of rooms have private ensuite bathrooms, and two share a bathroom. Both buildings have shared living and kitchen areas. Every bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and mattress, closet space, workspace and a smart TV. 117 Centre is an ideal location for someone who enjoys living with others but also appreciates their own space.

Thatch on Newbury is located on Newbury Street, between Hereford and Gloucester, a short stroll to many of Boston's best restaurants, stores and places of interest. The building and unit provides the perfect location for either a weekend away or mid-week business travel. All units underwent major interior design upgrades in Spring 2022. In-unit laundry, central heat/AC, queen sleeper sofa and a full kitchen, make this the perfect place for a few nights or a few weeks!
Quarters on Broadway
Thatch’s Quarters on Broadway™ is our most budget-friendly hotel option in the city, offering basic amenities in a central location. A stay includes a private queen bedroom with linens, towels for 2 and access to shared bathrooms. Located in the heart of South Boston, you will be steps from Southie’s best restaurants and bars, the “T” and a short walk to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC). Quarters™ is ideal for up to 2 travelers who are comfortable with sharing bathrooms and common spaces with other guests. We recently added a bunk suite suitable for up to 4 people (room #406), for larger groups looking for an event better value stay. The experience is similar to a hostel experience except you have a private bedroom and there are no services or on-site staff. If you are traveling on a tight budget or just need a place to drop bags and lay your head while in Boston, Quarters on Broadway™ is a great option.
