Originally built for a single family, Thatch’s sister company, BREC, purchased Beech Glen in 2017 to convert it to a two-family home. Built in the early 1900s, the house is part of the Highland Park Historic District like many homes in the neighborhood. Careful attention to the historical elements of the exterior and interior were taken during the renovation and most of the original exterior remains intact today. A new addition was incorporated to make the layouts more spacious. There is a three-season porch that overlooks a lush tree canopy, with famous Roxbury puddingstone dotted below.
