Will and Brent co-founded Thatch in 2011 after identifying an opportunity to fill a void in Boston’s rental market. As co-head of Thatch and sister company Boston Real Estate Collaborative, Will’s focus primarily includes acquisitions, capital allocation questions and the entire development process. When he’s not working, he enjoys reading, snowboarding, mountain biking and all things Arsenal Football Club related. A former Boston resident, Will now resides in the suburbs of Los Angeles, but returns to the East Coast for summers on the Cape.
